Service Group Results Page
The Service Group Results page compares the minimum performance level that was expected and the actual performance level that was achieved as a result of the calculation inputs for two scenarios, for each service group parameter defined.

The Production Scenario is a system-generated scenario that contains a summary of the production SKUs that are being planned by the system.

In order to use the Service Group Results page, the following must occur:
• Service group parameters must be defined in the Service Group Parameters page.
• When a service group parameter is added or changed, the scenarios that reference the service groups need to be recalculated to apply the service group parameters.

Display

Click this button to select the method of displaying data. Options are:
• Contract
◦ The overall location group is excluded from the display.
◦ Only contract service groups are displayed.
• Location
◦ Selecting a field for sorting changes the Display option to All and removes the location from display in the Location field.
◦ The location sort applies within each hierarchical level. The hierarchy view does not include locations that are not in the hierarchy.
◦ Contracts are not displayed.
• All
◦ First set the Display option to All, then select the field to sort in ascending or descending order.
◦ The Hierarchy is not displayed in the Location field.
