Service Group Exception
This container displays the count of Scenario (A) Exception Criteria records by threshold for each level.
• When accessing this container from the Service Group Results page, select a button to filter the Service Group Summary container to show only the rows that are within that level or threshold.
• When accessing this container from the Scenario 360° page, select a button to open the Service Group Results page for the selected scenario and show only the rows that are within that level or threshold.
