Stocking Policy Page Overview
The Stocking Policy page displays information about a scenario that can help you make stocking decisions. There are two tabs available on this page:
• SKU Summary — A worksheet that provides a comprehensive view of the performance metrics.
• What If — An interactive worksheet that allows you to enter modeling values that can be compared against the current values.
What’s the best way to use the Stocking Policy Page?
Use this suggested workflow to review a SKU for a scenario and model changes for that SKU.
1. Review the data on the SKU Summary worksheet. Evaluate the data for abnormalities.
2. Select the What If worksheet and enter values to be used as the inputs on the Calculation Inputs container. For example, enter a new value for Fill Rate.
3. Select Run on the toolbar and then select Calculate. The What If values on the Performance Summary container are populated with the results of the calculation using the values you entered.
4. Review the modeled data on the What If worksheet and repeat steps 2 and 3 until the desired results are obtained.
