Alerts
The Alerts container on the Interactive Planner Worksheet lists the alerts for all SKUs in the Order Plan GAP (Group of Associated Parts) and non-GAP.

If there are alert records for the selected SKU, the Alerts title includes a star (

The alerts are divided into two sub-tabs:
Review Alerts Tab
These are the actions you can perform on this tab:

Selection Type
|
To select rows, set the selection type to one of the following:
• All, for settings to apply to all alerts on the page.
• Selected, for settings to apply to only the selected alerts on the page.

Part Reviewed
|
Click this button on the toolbar of the Interactive Planner Worksheet to tag all review reasons related to the selected part for all location as reviewed. Confirming the action removes the part reviewed records from the work queue.

SKU Reviewed
|
Click this button on the toolbar of the Interactive Planner Worksheet to tag all review reasons for the selected SKU as reviewed. Confirming the action removes the part reviewed records from the work queue.

Delay
|
Click this button to open a dropdown list of options for setting a delay.
• After the alert date and selection type are specified, select the rows to be delayed and select Set Delay Date for selected rows.
• Select the rows that should have their delay removed and then select Remove Delay Date for selected rows.

Specify the first date the alert will be visible.

Show or hide delay
|
Selected one of the following options:
• Show Delayed to include all the delayed alerts on the page.
• Hide Delayed to hide all the delayed records on the page.
• Show All to display all alert records, delayed and not delayed, on the page.

Filter By
|
Click this button to display a dropdown list of the following filter criteria. Select one of the following options:
• All to displays all alerts created for the part and for the location that are loaded on the page.
• Part to filter alerts for the selected part.
• Location to filter alerts for the selected location.
• SKU to filter for the selected part and location.
