Repair Page

The Repair page is where you can manage repair orders that Servigistics recommends so that parts are repaired and can be used again.
These are the actions you can perform on this page:

Description
Click this button to return to the Planner 360° page.

This button is visible only when the page was opened from the Planner 360° page.
Selected / All / Full
Select an option for Approving or Disapproving orders:
Selected – Select this option to approve or disapprove only the selected record.
All – Select this option to approve or disapprove all records that are loaded on the page.
Full – Select this option to approve or disapprove all records, including the ones that are not displayed on the page.
Click this button to approve the selected orders.
Click this button to disapprove the changes to the selected orders.
Manage
Select one or more orders and click this button to display the list of actions you can take on the selected orders. Valid options are:

Cancel
Select this option to cancel the selected order
Lock Selected Orders
Select this option to lock the selected order
Unlock Selected Orders
Select this option to unlock the selected order
Set Selected orders On Hold Until Date of
Select this option and specify a hold until date to hold the selected order
Remove On Hold Until Date for Selected Orders
Select this option to remove the hold on the selected order
Upload Data to Internal System
Select this option to upload orders to the host system
Filter
Click this button to display the filters you can apply to the page:

On Hold State
Filters orders based on hold status. Set to one of the following options:
Show All — This option shows on hold orders, orders that are not on hold, and on hold orders that expired
Show On Hold — Select to show on hold orders. This option shows only orders that are on hold
Hide On Hold — Select to hide orders that are on hold, thereby showing only that are not on hold.
Show Expired On Hold — Select this option to show only orders with an On Hold Until Date that has expired.
Date Type
This filter is used with the Date Range filter. Select a date type from the dropdown list to filter by the related date fields. The dates are evaluated in the following order by Date Type:

For example:
Date Type = Ordered
Date Range = Last 60 Days
The records are evaluated and displayed in this order:
Display records where the Recommended Order Date is within the Date Range
If the Recommended Order Date is blank then display records where the Actual Order Date is within the Date Range
If the Actual Order Date is blank then display records where the Effective Order Date is within the Date Range
If the Effective Order Date is blank then display records where the On Hold Order Date is within the Date Range
If the On Hold Order Date is blank then display records where the Planned Order Date is within the Date Range
Date Range
Select a date range to limit the display to only records that match the date range selection. Valid options are:
None — All records are displayed in the listing.
Today
Last 365 Days
Next 7 Days
Next 30 Days
Next 60 Days
Next 90 Days
Next 365 Days
Custom — Select this option to display the beginning date and ending date selectors. Specify the beginning and ending dates to define the date range.
Include Children
Select this checkbox to view child locations for the selected location. The state of this checkbox remains on the page for the current session, even when you leave the page and return to it. It is also retained on the page in the subsequent sessions, even when you terminate the current session and log in to the application again.
Click this button next to a row to display a dropdown list of related pages. Select a page to display that page. Options are:
Dashboard View – Opens the Plan tab of the Interactive Planner Worksheet in a pop-up window
Interactive Planner Worksheet – Opens the Plan tab of the Interactive Planner Worksheet
Create Alert – Opens the New Alert pop-up window
Journal – Opens the New Journal page.
Review Board – Opens the Order Plan tab of the Review Board in a pop-up window
Part Number
Click a part number to open the General tab of the Part Properties page for the selected part.
