Modifying Orders
2. Click the
Edit icon
for the order you want to edit. The Edit Orders page appears.
3. The top section of the page provides general information about the order. Make your changes as necessary.
4. The bottom section of the page provides more detailed information about the order. It lets you change quantity and dates for the order. Make changes to these settings as necessary.
Planned: This column includes the approved quantity and dates for the order. Note that after you change a date, click the
Process Dates icon
to approve your entry and to update all other fields accordingly.
Recommended: This column includes the quantity and order dates as calculated and recommended by Servigistics.
Effective: This column includes the quantity and order dates from the generated Order Plan.
Original: This column includes the quantity and order dates set as a baseline for comparison. They help the planner realize when the planned or recommended quantity is different than the original quantity.
Actual: This column includes the actual quantities and order dates downloaded from the host, usually on a daily basis. The first time Order Plan creates an order these values will be blank (null).
| If there are not actual dates downloaded, Servigistics will use an estimated projected date based on lead time information and calendars. You can change these values as you like. |
On Hold: Includes on hold orders for the part.
5. Click the
Save icon
to save your changes.
