How to use the Dashboard Toolbar
These are the Dashboard toolbar buttons and the actions they perform:

Click this button to save all changes made to the filters or field selections.

This button is only visible when is enabled.
Click this button to open the Open Report Layout pop-up window where you can select a different Dashboard to display.
Click this button to open the Filters pop-up window where you can define the filters that show in the Filters section.
Click this button to open the Fields and Properties tabs where you can define the Dimensions and Measures for the Dashboard and the Properties of the display.

This button is only visible when is enabled.
Click this button to switch between Edit and View mode.
When Edit Mode is enabled the button looks like this:

Edit mode is not available on all dashboards. You can sign in to Intellicus to edit dashboards.
Click this button to open the menu and select from the list of options:
Save As, to save changes you made to the dashboard with a new name

It is recommended that you do not modify the dashboards that are provided with your installation. Always use Save As instead of Save.
Export, to open the Export Options pop-up window where you can specify how to export the data
Change Cube Object, to open the pop-up window where you can select a different analytical object for the dashboard

It is recommended that you do not modify the analytical object that is associated with the dashboard. You can use Save As to create a copy of the dashboard and make modifications to that version.
Remove All Views, to remove all of the widgets that are currently included on the dashboard

It is recommended that you do not remove widgets that are associated with the dashboard. You can use Save As to create a copy of the dashboard and make modifications to that version.
