Promotion Policies Page

Pricing > Price Simulation > Special Pricing > Special Pricing Policies > Promotion Policies Page

Promotion policies are used in the promotion analysis process. The Promotion Policies page enables the creation and modification of promotion policies.

There are two section on this page:

• The Financial Impact section displays the promotion analysis results.

• The grid under the Financial Impact section lists the promotion policies included in the selected promotion policy folder.

These are the actions you can perform on this page:

Action

Description

Promotion Folder

Select a promotion folder from the dropdown list. The page is updated with the promotions that are associated with the selected promotion folder. The data contained in this page aggregated for all of the Promotion Policies in the Promotion Folder.

Access to promotion folders is granted to individual users on the Special Price Folders page. Only promotion folders that the user has been granted access to will appear in the dropdown list.

Click this button to open the Promotion Policy and add a new promotion policy.

Click this button to open the view-only version of the page.

Click this button, next to a policy name, to open the Promotion Policy and modify the promotion policy.
