User Rights Setup Page — Analytics Tab

This tab contains the following user rights related to accessing pages and processes associated with the Analytics module.
These are the actions you can perform on this page:
Action
Description
Assign or revoke rights
Do any of the following to manage the access to a user right:
• Click an empty checkbox to grant access to that right.
• Click a checkbox that has a check mark to clear the check mark to revoke access to that right.
• Select the row and click on the toolbar to revoke all access to that right.
• On the toolbar, click and then click to revoke all access to all rights.
Assign or revoke rights by segment
Some rights can be assigned by segment.
• Click next to a right to define new segment assignments.
• Click next to a right to make updates to the existing segment assignments.

Advanced Reports
Set View, Run, or Create rights for the following:
• View and Run
• Create
The user is granted these rights in Intellicus:
◦ Standard Report Designer
◦ Ad Hoc Report Designer
◦ Data Admin
Analytics
Set View rights to Intellicus.
Analyze Audit Trail
Set Allowed or Not Allowed rights to the Audit Trail page.
Audit Trail
Set View rights to all audit trail items that are SKU specific on the Audit Trail page.
• When View is selected, the user can view all items that are not SKU specific and those items that are SKU specific if access was granted using segment security.
• When View is not selected, the user can only view items that are not SKU specific.
Classic Dashboard Administration
Set Allowed or Not Allowed administration rights for the Insight Dashboards.
Dashboards
Set View rights to Intellicus dashboards.
Data Science Workbench Administration
Set Allowed or Not Allowed rights to the Data Science Workbench Administration page.
Report Role
Set View or Modify rights to the Report Roles page.
Reports
Enables View or Modify access to the Run Reports Page — User-Defined tab
Run Advanced Reports
Set View or Modify rights to the Run Advanced Reports option that appears on the Manual tab of the AutoPilot page. This is used when running User-Defined Reports.
