The available AutoPilot processes that can be run manually are categorized and listed on the Manual tab of the AutoPilot page. Processes can be selected and run on an as-needed basis.

These are the actions you can perform on this page:

Action

Description

Click this button to run AutoPilot.

Segments

Select a segment from the list to limit the selected processes to run for only the selected segments.

Threads

Enter a number to specify how many threads can be used while running the selected processes.

The MAX_AP_THREADS global setting determines the maximum number of threads allowed. The number of threads entered cannot exceed this value.

AutoPilot Base Date

Select Yes and specify the base date to run AutoPilot using the specified date instead of the current date.

Select No to use the current date.

The global setting, MANUAL_AP_BASE_DATE, must be set to enable this field. Contact your PTC account representative for more information about adjusting this setting.

Pricing Market Group

Select a pricing market group from the list to limit the selected processes to run for only the selected market groups.

This is only available for the Pricing module.

Process Group

Select a process group from the list to limit the selected processes to run for only the selected process groups.

The global setting, ENABLE_PROCESS_GROUP_UI, must be set to enable the use of process groups. Contact your PTC account representative for more information about adjusting this setting.

Segment Group

Select a segment group from the list to limit the selected processes to run for only the selected segment groups.

The global setting, ENABLE_SEGMENT_GROUPS, must be set to enable the use of segment groups.
