Inventory Studio Page — Purchase Recommendations
The Purchase Recommendations tab on the Inventory Studio page displays the system generated recommendations for purchasing the parts needed to maintain the optimal inventory level for meeting the needs for the parts, while keeping the inventory costs low. There are four subtabs on the Purchase Recommendations tab that categorize the state of the recommendation:

Click this button to open a dropdown list of locations. Do one of the following to change the location selected on the page.
• Enter all or part of a location name in the text box to search and select the location.
• Scroll through the list to find and select a location.

Click this button on the row of a purchase recommendation to approve the recommendation.
• The record is moved from the Pending or Rejected subtab to the Approved subtab.
• The Approval Status is updated to Manually Approved

Click this button on the row of a purchase recommendation to reject the recommendation.
◦ The record is moved from the Pending or Approved subtab to the Rejected subtab.
◦ The Approval Status is updated to Rejected

Click this button on the row of a purchase recommendation to open the Override Purchase Recommendation window. Enter the Override Quantity amount and click Approve.
• The record is moved from the Pending or Rejected subtab to the Approved subtab.
• The Approval Status is updated to Manually Approved
• The Override Quantity is updated to the override amount entered.
