Change the Sequence of Tier Groups
The order sequence in which the Tier Groups are listed on the Tier Groups page is important when using Tier Groups in Pricing Policies. For best practice, avoid Tier Group data overlap when possible by carefully designing segment criteria per Tier Group. When a SKU belongs to more than one Tier Group, then the most important Tier Group should be ordered higher in the list than the other Tier Groups.
When running the Tier Group Pricing Simulation, data overlap across tier groups does not matter and Tier Group ordering does not matter. Tier Group sequencing only applies when using tier groups in pricing policies.
Use these instructions to change the sequence of Tier Groups:
1. Enter Tier Groups in the Go to box to search for the page, then select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Select the Policy Folder that contains the Tier Groups you want to resequence.
3. Click . The Change Sequence pop-up window opens.
4. The Tier Groups are listed in order from highest (top) to lowest (bottom) priority. To change the order, select one or more Tier Groups and do one of the following:
