Service Group Parameters
A set of service targets and constraints that are applied to SKUs belonging to segments. A Service Group Parameter defines what is referred to as a Service Group which consists of the following:
Targets
This drives the performance of the Availability, Fill Rate, Emergency Fill Rate, and Wait Time at a group level. The Targets include:
Service Targets
Location Targets
Contract Targets
Constraints
This enforces Minimum and Maximum limits on a SKU. The Constraints include:
Budget Constraints, applied to all SKUs collectively within one or more segments
Space Constraints, applied to all SKUs collectively within one or more segments
SKU Constraints, applied to each SKU individually within one or more segments
Segments
This associates Segments with Targets and Constraints
