Planned Repair Bad Quantity
The planned amount of bad inventory to be inducted for the repair order. The value of this field is determined by the
OP_TIME_PHASED_ROP_REPAIR_QUANTITY_REPRESENTS_INDUCTED global setting, and it is only visible when the
Time-Phased ROP Order Policy is enabled.
• When the
OP_TIME_PHASED_ROP_REPAIR_QUANTITY_REPRESENTS_INDUCTED global setting is
true, the value is the
Planned Quantity.
• When the
OP_TIME_PHASED_ROP_REPAIR_QUANTITY_REPRESENTS_INDUCTED global setting is
false, the bad inducted is calculated from the
Planned Quantity, which is the good returned based on the
Repair Wash Rate. The result can be a fractional value. Calculated as
Planned Quantity / (1 – Repair Wash Rate)
