When the current slice's forecast of an alternate part drops below this threshold at a given stocking location or when the inventory drops below the ASL Retention Min Inventory, the part is recommended for ASL removal. This applies only to parts that are not already removed from the ASL due to Pareto Analysis or ASL pooling.
