|
The amount of carbon tax charged for the New Buy and Repair embodied carbon. Calculated as [(Embodied Carbon (New Buy) + Embodied Carbon (Repair)) * Carbon Tax Rate]

Carbon Tax Rate
|
The tax applied to the production of carbon as expressed in units that are configured by the CARBON_MEASURE_TYPE global setting. The Carbon Tax Rate can be set by location, region, or by the system level using the CARBON_TAX_RATE global setting. The system uses a waterfall approach for determining the Carbon Tax Rate to apply:
• The value set on the Location is given priority.
• If no value is set on the Location, then the value set on the Region is used.
• If no value is set on the Region, then the global setting value is used.

The sum of the embodied and transportation carbon tax. Calculated as [Carbon Tax (Embodied) + Carbon Tax (Transportation)]

The amount of carbon tax charged for the total transportation carbon. Calculated as [(Transportation Carbon (Standard)+ Transportation Carbon (Repair) + Transportation Carbon (Expedited)) * Carbon Tax Rate]

|
The Embodied Carbon Per New Buy multiplied by the New Buy.

|
The Embodied Carbon Per Repair multiplied by the Repair Order Quantity.

|
The carbon dioxide (CO2) or greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions associated with the manufacture and transportation of a part into the service network for each New Buy.
