New Buy
The number of units to be procured in an optimization interval.
• For procurement locations, when the New Buy Need is sufficient to trigger a purchase order, the New Buy is equal to the New Buy Need, otherwise the New Buy is zero
• For non-procurement locations, the New Buy is always zero
Comparison fields 
For comparison fields, there are three values shown per field:
• (A) — The value from the first scenario selection
• (B) — The value from the compare scenario selection
• (Delta) — The difference between the two selections
