Modifying SKUs
Use these instructions to modify a SKU
1. Enter SKU in the Go to box to search for the page. Select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Select the General tab and change the settings for the SKU as necessary. To lock an attribute so that the gateway or another process does not overwrite its value, check the attribute's Locked box.
3. [applicable for Service Parts Management users only] Select the Schedule Change Suppression tab and change the schedule change suppression parameters for the SKU. [view field definitions]
4. [applicable for Service Parts Management users only] Select the Replenishment/Balancing tab and change the parameters for the SKU. [view field definitions]
