Price Transactions (Fields)
The following describes the fields that could appear on the page depending on how it is configured.
Field
Description
Part Number
The unique identifier of the part.
Location Name
A physical or virtual place that stocks parts. A location can also be a geographic area where prices are set using the same methodology and currency. Locations are defined on the Locations page.
Price Active
An indicator of whether a part, location, or sku is considered by the Pricing module.
When Yes, one of the following conditions is true:
In relation to a part, the Price Active field on the Parts page is set to Yes.
In relation to a location, the Price Active field on the Parts page is set to Yes.
In relation to a SKU, the Price Active field on the SKU page is set to Yes.
When No, one of the following conditions is true:
In relation to a part, the Price Active field on the Parts page is set to No.
In relation to a location, the Price Active field on the Parts page is set to No.
In relation to a SKU, the Price Active field on the SKU page is set to No.
Transaction Date
The date that the transaction occurred.
Customer Name
A business or person that purchase products or services. Customers are managed on the Customers page.
Transaction Number
The unique identifier associated with a transaction. This information is fed into Servigistics from the supplier.
Pricing Sales Order Type
The type of order that was placed with the supplier, which is fed into Servigistics on the sales order transaction.
Sales Quantity
The SKU quantity of the sales transaction.
Sales Price
The SKU price at the time of the sales transaction.
Total Sales Price
Vendor Name
A person or company that supplies new parts or repairs used parts. Vendors are defined on the Vendors page.
Price Date
The effective date of the price at the time of the transaction.
Standard Price
The standard price.
Custom Price 1-5
A custom field that a user can define for a price.
