Price Feedback Page (Fields)
The following describes the fields that could appear on the page depending on how it is configured.
Field
Description
Competitor Part Description
The label or title that describes the Competitor Part Number, defined on the Survey Parts page.
Competitor Part Number
The unique identifier of the competitor part, defined on the Survey Parts page.
Core Value Price
The value of the core competitor part, which is available to be refurbished as good inventory.
Created By
The Sign In Name of the user that created the record.
Created Date
The date the record was created.
Custom Numeric 1–3
Custom field for numeric values.
Custom String 1–3
Custom field for string values.
Customer
A business or person that purchase products or services. Customers are managed on the Customers page.
DN Pct Change
Dealer net percent price change since last survey.
Description
A phrase or title that gives a description or meaning to an entity.
Effective Date
Price effective date for the competitor part.
Feedback Number
A tracking number that is manually entered.
Feedback Type
The name of the feedback type record. The standard options are:
Feedback Type
Description
Default
A general feedback record.
In addition to the standard options, you can create custom feedback type records on the Price Feedback Types page.
Host ID
A tracking identifier for the feedback record.
IQR Pct
Inter-quartile range in percent. ( IQR is the distance between the first and third quartile of competing prices). The smaller this number is, the higher the price sensitivity tends will be and vice versa.
Incident Number
A unique identification number.
Location
A physical or virtual place that stocks parts. A location can also be a geographic area where prices are set using the same methodology and currency. Locations are defined on the Locations page.
Make
The part make.
Market Relationship Type
The name of the market relationship as defined on the Market Relationship Types page.
Market Stream 1–20
The market stream price for the survey part.
Method
The pricing method that is to be used for a part:
Cost-plus,
Positioning (also referred to as market-adapted pricing or value-pricing), or
Optimization
Model
The part model.
Multiplier
All prices are reported on a per-piece basis. When there is a unit pack quantity, the price as-sold is the unit price times the Multiplier.
Notes
Informational text entered by the user.
Owner
The Servigistics user that is responsible for feedback resolution.
Page Number
The page number in the catalog that displays the competitor part information.
Part Number in Catalog
The number of the competitor part as it appears in the catalog.
Part Number
The unique identifier of the part.
Perishable Date
If the part is perishable, this date indicates the day the part is expected to perish. This field is used to filter out old market survey data from market statistics. Expired survey data is not included in the Market Statistics Engine AutoPilot process.
Pricing Market
The name of the market for the survey part.
Reference Location
The location of the reference OEM part.
Reference Part
The part number entered by the dealer that provided the feedback. This is for comparison to another OEM part.
Reference Price 1–3
The reference prices for the competitor part.
Resolution Date
The date the feedback record was resolved.
Resolution Notes
A brief explanation about the resolution.
Resolution Type
The name of the feedback resolution type record. The standard options are:

Description
Price Increased
The price was increased.
Price Decreased
The price was decreased.
No Change
There was no change in the price.
In addition to the standard options, you can create custom feedback resolution type records on the Price Feedback Resolution Types page.
Safety Stock Pct Change
The change in the safety stock percentage.
Sample Size
The number of competing prices in the survey.
Standard Price Change
The difference from the last price of the competitor, positive if they last increased price and negative if their last move was to drop their price.
Feedback Status
The name of the feedback status record. The standard options are:
Feedback Status
Description
Closed
The feedback inquiry is resolved.
In Progress
The feedback inquiry was entered and is being reviewed.
Open
The feedback inquiry was entered but is not yet in review.
In addition to the standard options, you can create custom status records on the Price Feedback Status page.
Suggested List Price Change
The difference from the last list price of the competitor, positive if they last increased price and negative if their last move was to drop their price.
Suggested List Price
A price point for the survey part.
Suggested Price
The price suggested by the dealer for the part for which feedback was provided.
Survey Company
The name of the survey company.
Survey Source
The survey source for the survey data.
Trade Price
A price point for the survey part.
Trade Price Change
References automotive part substitution or trade option for the survey part.
Updated By
The user that made the most recent update to the record.
Updated Date
The date/time that the user made the most recent update to the record.
Use for Market Statistics
When Yes, the survey part is included in pricing market statistics.
