Creating Working Calendars
1. Enter Calendars in the Go to box to search for the page. Select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Ensure that the Working tab is selected.
3. Click the New icon . The New Working Calendar page appears.
4. In the Working Calendar Name box, enter the name of the calendar.
5. If you want to assign a parent calendar, click the Parent Working Calendar Name arrow and select the parent calendar.
6. Under Closed Days of Week, select the days of the week when the organization will be closed. These days will be highlighted on the calendar.
7. Click the Save icon . The Calendars page reappears with the new calendar listed.
