Creating Ordering Calendars
1. Enter
Calendars in the
Go to box to search for the page. Select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Select the Ordering tab.
3. Click the
New icon

. The New Ordering Calendar page appears.
4. In the Ordering Calendar Name box, enter the name of the calendar.
5. If you want to assign a
parent calendar, click the
Parent Working Calendar Name arrow and select the parent calendar.
6. Under Ordering Days of Week, select the days that orders can be created. These days will be highlighted on the calendar.
7. Click the
Save icon

. The page changes to the Edit Ordering Calendar page. Notice that there is a new
Ordering by section on the page. This section lets you select ordering periods by day or date such as the 1st and 15th of every month.
8. If you want to add an ordering period by date, select
Dates in the
Ordering by section. The options in the section change. Enter a name for the range and then enter the start and end dates for the range. When you are finished, click the
New icon

. By clicking the
New icon you will save the range to the calendar.
9. Continue to add as many order date ranges as necessary. Remember to click the New icon to save each range to the calendar.
10. When you are finished, click the
Save icon

. The Calendars page reappears with the new calendar listed.
