Adding or Removing Parts and Products on the ASL Manually
Instead of using ASL management recommendations, there are several ways in Servigistics to add or remove parts and products for the ASL manually.
From the Location Properties Page - Stocked Parts Tab
Anytime you see a linked location name in Servigistics, you can click the link and the Location Properties page appears. Select the Stocked Parts tab. Any part where Is ASL Item = Yes is on the selected location’s ASL.
• To add or remove a part that exists on the page:
Highlight the part you want to add or remove. Then, click Manage and click Add Selected to ASL or click Remove Selected from ASL.
• To add a single part to the selected location's ASL:
Click Manage and then click Add Part to ASL. The add to ASL page appears, where you can select the part.
• To add a product to the selected location’s ASL:
Click Manage and then click Add Product to ASL. The add to ASL page appears, where you can select the product you want to add and click the Save icon
