Single-Select Buttons
Some pages include single-select buttons that allow the content of a page to be limited to records that match the specified criteria.

These buttons are only visible when the ENABLE_MULTI_MRU global setting is set to true.
When the button is clicked, a drop-down menu appears that contains these controls:
Action
Description
Text box
Enter all or part of the item name to be selected.

On most screens, a drop-down list is auto-generated with matches as you enter text. If the drop-down list is not auto-generated with matches as you enter text, press ENTER to start the search.
Find Item ()
Click this icon to open the Find Dialog Box, where you can enter selection criteria to search and find matching records.
Advanced Find
Opens the Find Dialog Box in a page format instead of opening a pop-up window.
All
Removes the existing selection and populates the grid with all possible records.
Properties
Opens the Part Properties or Location Properties page, where the specific properties can be reviewed.
List of most recently used matches
Select an item in the list to populate the page with only the records that match that selection.

The maximum number entries displayed in the drop-down list can be configured.
