Expedite Report (Fields)
The Substitute Stock Amount (the setting in the upper right corner) is the total On Hand of all parts that are listed as substitutes for the selected part.
Graph
Each bar on the graph is defined as follows:
• Forecast: Weekly forecasted demand. To calculate the weekly forecast, the monthly forecast is divided by the number of days in the month to calculate the daily forecast. Then, from the current date until the last sales or open order, 7 days of daily forecast are used to calculate the weekly forecast.
• Purchases: Open procurement orders for this SKU.
• Repairs: Open repair orders for this SKU.
• Sales: Promised shipments to customers of service parts.
• On Hand Amount: Equals On Hand Good minus Backorder.
• Safety Stock: The
Safety Stock for this SKU as calculated by Servigistics.

The table under the graph describes each data point on the graph. Notice that each data point type (i.e. forecast, sales, etc.) is color-coded based on the graph's legend.
