User Rights Setup Page — Dealer Tab
This tab contains the user rights for users that have the Role of Dealer assigned, or have a User Template that has a Role of Dealer assigned.

Keep the following in mind when making user right assignments for users that have a Role of Dealer.
• This tab can only be accessed by clicking
 next to a user on the Users page that has a Role of Dealer assigned.• The rights that are listed on this page are defined at the time of installation and cannot be modified. Contact PTC Technical Support if any changes need to be made to the available user rights for the Dealer role.
• The user right settings on the Action Setup, Admin Setup, and Base Setup tabs are not applicable.
• Changing a user right assignment on any tab other than the Dealer tab for users has no effect.
• Always follow the steps in the Enable the Dealer Planning Process topic.

Assign or revoke rights
|
Do any of the following to manage the access to a user right:
• Click an empty checkbox to grant access to that right.
• Click a checkbox that has a check mark to clear the check mark to revoke access to that right.
• Select the row and click
 on the toolbar to revoke all access to that right.• On the toolbar, click
 and then click to revoke all access to all rights. |

Assign or revoke rights by segment

Some rights can be assigned by segment.
• Click
 next to a right to define new segment assignments.• Click
 next to a right to make updates to the existing segment assignments. |
