Override Security Page
The ability for a user to recommend, approve and delete overrides is controlled by the assignment of security rules on the Override Security page.
Use these examples to understand how to configure override security.
Set recommend rights for all parts at one location and view rights at every location
The user named Employee_1 needs to have recommend rights for all parts at one location and view rights to every location
1. Set the View, Recommend, and Review All Optimization Results right to Allowed on the User Rights Setup page.
2. Create an override security record on the Override Security with the following settings:

3. Create an override assignment record on the Override Assignment page with the following settings:

The result is Employee_1 can view SKUs at all locations, but can only recommend for parts that are at the Central Parts location.

The user named Employee_2 needs to have recommend rights to all parts at the Central Parts and view rights at three other locations
1. Set View, Recommend, and Review All Optimization Results to Not Allowed on the User Rights Setup page.
2. Create an override security record on the Override Security with the following settings:

The result is Employee_2 can recommend for parts at the Central Parts location, but can only view parts that are at the Southern, Coastal, and Downtown locations.
