Configure: Additional Scenario Display
This pop-up window is accessed by clicking 
on the Scenario Budget Summary Budget Summary pages. You can specify the additional scenarios to be added to the display, in addition to the A and B scenarios.

Page configuration changes only apply to your session. No other users are affected by your changes.

Use these instructions to add scenarios to or remove scenarios from the display.
1. Open the Scenario Budget Summary page.
2. Click on the toolbar of the page. The Configure: Additional Scenario Display pop-up window opens.
3. Do any of the following:

For these procedures, you can select more than one field name at a time.
• To select a sequential group of field names, press and hold the SHIFT key while you click the first and last field name in the range.
• To select a non-sequential group of field name, press and hold the CTRL key while you click each field name.

a. Use the left/right arrows to move scenarios between the Available box and the Select up to 12 Additional Scenarios box.
b. Use the up/down arrows to specify the display order for the scenarios in the Select up to 12 Additional Scenarios box.
4. Click Save.
