Wait Time Confidence Level
The probability, or certainty, that the true wait time would be below the calculated wait time with large samples. This is a user specified SKU Constraint on the Service Group Parameters page.
Comparison fields
For comparison fields, there are three values shown per field:
• (A) — The value from the first scenario selection
• (B) — The value from the compare scenario selection
• (Delta) — The difference between the two selections
