The Safety Stock in terms of days. Calculated as Safety Stock / Total Daily Forecast

• If Safety Stock is -1, then the Safety Stock (days) will be 0
• If Total Daily Forecast is zero or missing, then the Safety Stock (days) will also be 0 for non-stocked items
