Plan Intelligence Messages
These are the categories and messages generated by the Plan Intelligence feature.
Balancing Recommendations 
Balancing recommendations are displayed when there is shortage today at the location and there is excess available today at other locations. There are two sets of messages; one for when Bing Maps license key is configured and one for when Bing Maps license key is not configured.

Description
Create balance order from <location> (Nearest Location)
This is the main message for balancing recommendations. The Lead Time and the Balancing Lead Time is displayed.

Lead Time is populated with:
Procurement Lead Time if the specified location is procurable.
Replenishment Lead Time if the specified location is not procurable
This message appears when the Bing Maps license key is configured. You can click Show excess and shortage locations to open the Excess and shortage locations map.
Review Balancing Parameters and configure balancing for Servigistics to recommend balance orders
This secondary message appears when a balancing parameter is not defined for the SKU. You can click Review Balancing Parameters to open the Balancing tab on the Parameter Settings page and review the current definition of the balancing parameter.
Review Balancing Parameters and redefine balancing for Servigistics to recommend balance orders
This secondary message appears when a balancing parameter is defined for the SKU. You can click Review Balancing Parameters to open the Balancing tab on the Parameter Settings page to review and make adjustments to the settings of the parameter.
Forecast Override Recommendations 
Forecast Override Recommendations messages are displayed when the machine learning algorithm predicts that entering a forecast override could have an adverse effect on the inventory position.

This is the main message for forecast overrides.

Unplanned Demand Missed 
Unplanned Demand Missed messages are displayed when there is unplanned demand missed for the SKU. It displays historical data for the SKU.

Description
Excessive unplanned demand misses
This is the main message for unplanned demand misses. You can click Review the root causes for the demand missed to open the Demand Miss Analysis dashboard for the SKU, which is where you can further analysis the cause of the demand miss and take action based on the root cause.
For example: if the Forced Non-Stock root cause is displayed (Stock Maximum Fixed Override = 0), then validate if this configuration should be kept or changed.

There is a backorder
This is a secondary message that is alerting you of the existence of a backorder. You can click Review the Review Board to open the Review Board container on the Interactive Planner Worksheet, populated with the Review reason that was generated due to the backorder Critically Short: Zero On Hand with Backorder (331) Review Reason.
Vendor Performance 
Vendor Performance messages are generated when there is excess order delay by a Vendor for past, closed procurement orders.

Description
Excessive order delay by <vendor> (Primary vendor)
This is the main message for vendor performance. You can click Vendor Performance to open the Vendor Performance dashboard for the SKU, which is where you can further analysis the cause of the vendor delay and contact the vendor or correct the Lead Time.
For example, if it is a vendor delay then contact the Vendor or correct the Lead Time.|
There is an overdue host order.
Review the Orders or Review Board
This is a secondary message that is alerting you of the existence of an overdue host order tracked with the Overdue host order(s) of quantity XX on MM/DD/YYYY (327) Review Reason. You can click either of these two options:
Orders — to open the Orders container on the Interactive Planner Worksheet for the overdue host orders.
Review Board — to open the Review Board container on the Interactive Planner Worksheet, populated with the Review Reason that was generated due to the overdue host order.
