New Buy Need Value
The value of the New Buy Need (Procurement) or New Buy Need (Local).
• For procurement locations it is calculated as New Buy Need(Procurement) * Part Price
• For non-procurement locations it is calculated as New Buy Need(Local) * Part Price
Comparison fields 
For comparison fields, there are three values shown per field:
• (A) — The value from the first scenario selection
• (B) — The value from the compare scenario selection
• (Delta) — The difference between the two selections
