The root location in the resupply hierarchy for a part where Inventory Optimization recognizes parts entering the network. This designation is determined at the SKU level based on the resupply structure, so a location may be a procurement location for some parts but not for others. It is independent of the Enable Procurement setting on the Ordering Parameters page used by Order Planning.
