How is the Data Stored?
There are two different methods for storing data when you are using PAI Advanced.
• Historicized — data that is saved as historical time series
◦ Demand and its related entities — For example, demand streams, stream configuration, etc.
◦ Forecast and its related entities — For example, forecast streams, forecast parameters, etc.
◦ Inventory data — For example, stock amounts data such as on hand, on order, in return, etc.
◦ Stocking decisions — For example, inventory levels like stock maximum, ROP, SL, EOQ, etc.
◦ Supply chain data — For example, orders, sales orders, sales returns, etc.
◦ Review Reasons and related parameters
• Copied — data that is stored for just the last value
◦ Segments
◦ Planners, planner coverage
◦ Base data — For example, parts, locations, part types, part chains, etc.
