Description
|---|---|---|---|
Availability
The expected percentage of time that equipment is operational.
Average Total Daily Forecast
The forecasted external and internal demand per day as calculated by the Inventory Optimization process.
Average Total Period Forecast
The forecasted external and internal demand per period as calculated by the Inventory Optimization process.
• In a weekly planning system, it is calculated as Total Daily Forecast * 7
• In a monthly planning system, it is calculated as Total Daily Forecast * 30 when the LEVELS_DAYS_CONSTANT global setting is true or by calendar days in a month when the LEVELS_DAYS_CONSTANT global setting is false
Average Total Period Forecast Value
The value of the expected total forecast per period.
Average Population
The average part population in an optimization interval. It is calculated as the average product roll out multiplied by the quantity of the part per unit of the product and is used by the availability calculation.
Contract
The contract number.
Daily Forecast Value
The sum of the unit cost of the part multiplied by the daily Forecast, for the parts associated with the scenario at the location.
Equipment Wait Time
The expected wait time for equipment to be available upon failure.
New Target Availability
The expected percentage of time that equipment is operational.
New Target Wait Time
The expected wait time for equipment to be available upon failure, aggregated for a location.
Stock Maximum Value
The value of the part when stocked at maximum stock.
Target Availability
The target availability as a rate for the system at the top physical location.
Target Wait Time
The maximum time that may be spent waiting for a part needed to make a repair. Values can contain decimals. For example, 2.5 indicates two and one half days.
Weighted Backorder
The backorder that is weighted by the following factors:
• The ratio of daily causal forecast to total forecast
• The ratio of the contract population to total population
• The criticality factor
