Overview of Price Approval Roles
When assigned to a user, price approval roles allow the user to participate in the price approval process in some configured capacity.
A minimum of one pricing approval role is required to create a price approval workflow. The maximum number of price approval roles is unlimited.

Servigistics includes one default price approval role. This role cannot be deleted, but it can be modified.
