1. From the Base Setup menu, select Vendor Setup and then click Vendor Program Parts. The Vendor Program Parts page appears.

2. Select the vendor program.

3. In the Point Value box, change the multiplier for the part. This is a weighting system that lets the vendor prioritize parts. For example, if the vendor wanted to sell more X parts than Y parts, he would assign X parts a higher point value than Y parts.

4. Ensure that Program Indicator is set to Yes to ensure that the part is included in the vendor program.

5. Click the Save button .
