Creating or Modifying Vendor Program Limits
Once a vendor program has been added, you can define the program's limits. Each vendor program can have up to 5 limits. For example, suppose the vendor program offered a 1% discount for ordering 100 parts, a 5% discount for ordering 1,000 parts, and a 10% discount for ordering 5,000 parts. In this case, you would enter 3 cost limits: 100, 1,000, and 5,000.

There is no way to reorder limits. Therefore, when you enter limits, enter them in order from least to greatest.

Use the following procedure to create up to 5 limits for a vendor program:
1. From the Base Setup menu, select Vendor Setup, and click Vendor Program. The Vendor Programs page appears.
2. Click the linked value in the Limits column. The Vendor Program Limits page appears. Note that each limit is assigned a sort order, and limits are met in the sort order. For example, the limit with sort order 1 is met first, the limit with sort order 2 is met second, and so on.
3. Do one of the following:
◦ To create a vendor program limit: Click the
