Performance Analytics and Intelligence Version 5 Release Notes
These are the key highlights for the feature functionality introduced in the Performance Analytics and Intelligence Version 5 line.
Vendor Prioritization and Performance: Added new dashboard to assist prioritizing vendors based on a Service Impact score and overall spend history and projection for Procurement and Repair orders.
Vendor Forecast: Added new dashboard for vendor collaboration process to share Vendor capacity, Procurement and Repair Orders history and projection, and a Service Impact Score.
Demand Miss Analysis Dashboard Improvements: Added new subcategories to better identify the causes of backorders, such as vendor delays or under-forecasted demand.
Fill Rate Analysis and Service Group Fill Rate Detail Dashboard: Added Unplanned Missed, Total, Total Line, and Unplanned Line Missed. Additional Improvements done in filtering and usability.
SKU Supply Chain History Dashboard: Several new fields and graph improvements were added to accurately analyze historical daily supply chain inventory balance, shortage, excess situations, and their root causes.
Improved Forecasting Dashboards Workflow: Guided navigation from System or Part level dashboards to SKU level dashboards.
New ML Time Series Forecasting Algorithm: XG-Boost method was added to the machine learning based forecasting ensemble.
ML Based Multivariate Forecasting: Any economic factor or non-demand based attribute can be used in addition to demand for time series forecast. Additional dashboard helps analyze the significant attributes impacting forecast.
Remaining Useful Life (RUL) Prediction: Machine learning based RUL (time to failure) prediction of serialized items based on utilization and/or sensor data is available for evaluation.
Forecast Override Intelligence: Machine learning based recommendation against potentially detrimental forecast overrides.
Regional MTBF Improvement: Easy switch between MTBF and Failure Rate on analytic dashboards.
On-Premises ML Deployment: On-premises customers can utilize Servigistics ML functionality without the Data Science Workbench.
Data Science Workbench: Upgraded to the latest version of Zeppelin to better support secure creation of custom use cases.
Intellicus Self-Serve Analytics: Upgraded to the latest version of Intellicus.
