There are two types of locks you can apply to pricing results that will prevent the results from being changed: SKU price locks and price action locks.

SKU price locks are applied at the SKU level. They prevent AutoPilot processes from changing a SKU's price. On the SKU page, you set a SKU price lock by setting the field Price Locked to Yes.

Price action locks are applied to a record on the Price Actions page. They prevent all updates to the record. Price action locks do not prevent a manual simulation process from recommending a price change for a SKU; however, they do prevent updates to records.
