Copying Calendars
When you copy a calendar, you create a new calendar based on another calendar's settings. This process is very useful when you want to create a calendar this is very similar to another calendar you have already created.
1. Enter Calendars in the Go to box to search for the page. Select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Select the tab that corresponds to the calendar type you want to copy.
3. Click the Copy Calendar icon for the calendar you want to copy. The New Calendar page appears. Notice that the page is automatically populated with all the settings from the copied calendar.
4. Enter a new name for the calendar in the Calendar Name box.
5. Make changes as necessary. Click the Smart Help icon for information about each page setting. These changes will only appear in the new calendar you are creating. They will not affect the original calendar.
6. Click the Save icon . The Calendars page reappears with the new calendar listed.
