ASL Management Page (Fields)
The following describes the fields that could appear on the page depending on how it is configured.
Field
Description
ABC Code
The ABC classification code assigned to the SKU.
Added to ASL
The date the item was added to the Authorized Stock List (ASL).
Amount Custom (1-15)
Custom fields for amounts derived from the IPCS_STOCK_AMOUNT table.
Annual Demand
Actual forecasted demand for the next year including any scheduled or non-recurring adjustments used in calculating the Economic Order Quantity.
ASL Item
Yes indicates that the part is on the Authorized Stock List; No indicates that the part is NOT on the Authorized Stock List.
ASL Locked
Indicates if the record has been locked [indicated with a Locked symbol] or edited [indicated with an Edited symbol].
ASL Source
Indicates the method used to remove the part from the location's authorized stocking list. Valid options are:
Blank (not removed)
Manually
AutoPilot
Average Part Cost
The average cost of the part.
Current Month Forecast
The forecast for the current month for the SKU. This value is used by the ASL Pareto process to determine if a part is on or off the ASL at a particular location.
Deleted from ASL
The date the item was deleted from the ASL.
Demand Accommodation
Indicates the probability that the part will make it on the Authorized Stocking List (ASL) for the location.
Location Active
Yes indicates that the location is active and is to be included in planning; No indicates that the location is not active.
Location Critical
Yes indicates that the location is critical; No indicates that the location is not critical. Used for segmentation.
Location Custom (1-10)
Custom fields for locations derived from the IPCS_LOC_MASTER table.
Location Description (1-5)
The description of the location. Note that more than one field is provided to use for different languages.
Location Name
The name of the location.
Location Type
The type of location.
LTB Status
The status of the Last Time Buy process.
Not Approved indicates that the last time buy process is not approved
Approved indicates that the last time buy process was approved but is still not complete
Done indicates that the Last Time Buy process is approved and completed

Networks
A set of related locations, defined on the Networks page. Networks allow balancing of excess quantities of On Hand stock to be limited to the selected Locations that are within the Network. Locations outside of the Network are not balanced.
On Hand Good
Available good stock.
On Hand New
Available stock that can be legally sold as new. For some customers, this may include On Hand Fixed quantities.
Part Active
Yes indicates that the part is active and is to be included in planning; No indicates that the part is not active and is not to be included in planning.
Part Cost
Reference Cost
Reference Cost Currency
Part Cost is the amount paid to acquire the part in your local currency.
Reference Cost/Currency is the Part Cost in the reference value/currency.

Part Critical
Yes indicates that the part is critical; No indicates that the part is not critical. Used for segmentation.
Part Custom (1-20)
Custom fields for parts derived from the IPCS_PART_MASTER table.
Part Description
The description of the part.
Part Family
The part family to which a part belongs (such as hard drive, monitor, etc.). Used for segmentation.
Part Name (1-5)
The name of the part. Note that more than one field is provided to use for different languages.
Part Number
The number of the part.
Part Repairable
Yes indicates that the part is repairable; No indicates that the part is not repairable.
Part Type
The type of part. Used for segmentation.
Pending ASL Source
If the part is pending to be added to or removed from the ASL (listed on the ASL Management page Pending tab), indicates how the part was added/removed: manually or through an AutoPilot process.
Pending Change
Indicates if the part has been recommended to be added or deleted from the Authorized Stocking List (ASL), where:
Added means that Servigistics recommends the part to be approved for addition to the ASL.
Deleted means that Servigistics recommends the part to be approved for removal from the ASL.
Planner Code
The Planner Code assigned to the part.
Planner Name
The user name of the planner assigned to the part.
Pool Parameter Name
The name of the pooling scheme.

Pooling Location Name
The name of the pooling location.
[on the Pooling tab only]
Region
The geographic area to which a location is assigned. Regions are defined on the Regions page and can be used for aggregation and other configurations such as segmentation.
SKU Custom (1-15)
Custom fields for SKUs derived from the IPCS_SKU table.
Suspend Until Date
The date that the ASL management recommendation will be released.

Suspended On Date
The date that ASL management recommendation was suspended (put on hold).
