Create Replacement Rates
Use these instructions to create replacement rates.
To create a replacement rate
1. Enter Replacement Rate in the Go to box to search for the page, then select the page from the resulting list of matches.
2. Click 
on the toolbar of the page to open the window.

4. Click Create to store the new replacement rate.
