Best Fit Page (Access Settings)
Access to the Best Fit page and the actions you can perform on the page are determined by the following settings:
Global Settings 
None
User Rights 
These user rights on the Forecasting tab of the User Rights Setup page determine the page access and available actions that can be performed.
WebUI Properties 
The display of Forecast Bin data is determined by the setting of the Servigistics.includeFcstBinDataOnBestFit WebUI property.
• When set to true — Forecast Bin data is included in the total
• When set to false — Forecast Bin data is exclude from the total (default setting)
