{Required} Enable User Rights in Servigistics
1. Verify that the <SERVIGISTICS_APP_SERVER> server is running.
2. Open a browser and enter the URL for the sign in to the Servigistics application.
http://<SERVIGISTICS_APP_SERVER>:<PORT>/WebUI
3. Sign in as the administrative user.
4. Enter Users in the Go to box to search for the page. Select the page from the resulting list of matches.
5. For each user that will use PAI Foundation dashboards, click 
next to the user and select Edit User Rights. Then set the following rights:

6. Proceed with the installation and configuration process as outlined in the Accessing the Dashboards in Servigistics step.
