{Optional} Updating the Distributed JDK with Oracle JDK
Use these instructions to update the distributed JDK with Oracle JDK.
1. Download Oracle JDK

Refer to the Certified Platforms PDF on the PTC Support site that corresponds with the version of Servigistics that you are running to determine the proper version of Oracle JDK to download.

2. Sign in to the server where Intellicus is installed.
3. Stop the Intellicus Web Server and the Report Server.

4. Navigate to the <INSTALL_INTELLICUS_DIR> folder where Intellicus is installed.
5. Run the following command to copy the jre folder to a backup directory.
copy jre d:/backup/
6. Delete the jre folder from the <INSTALL_INTELLICUS_DIR> directory.
7. Copy the <Oracle JDK>/jre directory to the <INSTALL_INTELLICUS_DIR> directory.

The downloaded folder name should be jre.

8. Delete the <INSTALL_INTELLICUS_DIR>/Jakarta/work folder.
9. Start the Intellicus Web Server and the Report Server.
