Applying an Intellicus Service Pack
Use these instructions to apply the Intellicus Service Packs to your installed version of Intellicus.
1. Download and extract the contents of the following patch from the PTC Support site to a temporary folder.
For Linux: Intellicus19.1SP13.tar.gz
For Windows: Intellicus19.1SP13.zip
2. Stop the Intellicus Web Server and the Intellicus Report Server
3. Copy the contents of the patch from the Intellicus folder to the same location where the <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR> directory resides.
Validate that the old files were replaced with the new files.
4. Download and extract the contents of the following patch from the PTC Support site to a temporary folder.
For Linux: Intellicus19.1SP13Patch1.tar.gz
For Windows: Intellicus19.1SP13Patch1.zip
5. Copy the contents of the patch from the Intellicus folder to the same location where the <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR> directory resides.
Validate that the old files were replaced with the new files.
6. Download and extract the contents of the following patch from the PTC Support site to a temporary folder.
For Linux: Intellicus19.1SP13Patch2.tar.gz
For Windows: Intellicus19.1SP13Patch2.zip
7. Delete following directories and files in the directories, if they exist:
◦ <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR>/Jakarta/work
◦ <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR>/Jakarta/webapps/intellicus/granulecache
8. Copy the contents of the patch from the Intellicus folder to the same location where the <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR> directory resides.
Validate that the old files were replaced with the new files.
9. Navigate to the <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR>/Jakarta/webapps/intellicus/WEB-INF/ directory and change the property cache from none to disk in the granule.properties file.
