Applying Intellicus Custom Files on a Windows Server
1. Sign in to the server where Intellicus is installed.
2. Download and extract the contents of the latest Intellicus custom files from the PTC Support site to a temporary folder.
3. Copy the contents of the custom files from the Intellicus folder to the same location where the <INTELLICUS_INSTALL_DIR> directory resides.
Validate that the old files were replaced with the new files.
4. Navigate to the <INSTALL_INTELLICUS_DIR>\Jakarta directory and delete the work folder.
6. Sign in to the Intellicus portal using these credentials:
◦ User Name = Admin
◦ Password = Admin
7. Select Info on the menu bar to view the build version. Confirm that the build version is updated to the latest Intellicus version.
8. Proceed with the installation and configuration process as outlined in the
Updating log4j step.
