Actual Unit Fill Rate
The Actual Unit Fill Rate is calculated at the SKU level and other levels.
SKU Level Calculation
[Min (Quantity Requested, Day’s On Hand) / Quantity Requested ]*100
Where:
Quantity Requested (day’s Total Demand)
HistoryAmount from the latest data available in the IPCS_DEMAND_DETAIL table
Day’s On Hand (today’s On Hand)
OnhandNew + OnhandFixed – Backorder – Allocated + Plan Quantity (incoming host orders expected to be available today)
*
Today's incoming order is decided based on the Effective Available Date and the Plan Available Date
When Part Chain information is not available for that day, the Actual Fill Rate is calculated at the individual SKU level. In this case,
OHNewOrig + OHFixedOrig – BackorderOrig – AllocatedOrig + Plan Quantity (incoming host orders expected to be available today)
For example:
Quantity requested is 10
Lines requested is 2
2 demands (lines) of 5 units (quantity) each in a day
Day’s On Hand is 7
Actual Unit Fill Rate = (7 / 10) * 100 = 70%
Service Group, Part, Location, and Time Level Calculation
Σ(SKU Actual Unit Fill Rate * SKU Quantity Requested) / Σ(SKU Quantity Requested)
