Service Metric
The service level measurement. When adding a service group parameter, select from these valid options:
• Fill Rate, which is the percentage of demand met from off-the-shelf inventory. Only fill rate targets can be set.
• Availability and Fill Rate, which is the percent of time the equipment is operational. Both fill rate and availability targets can be set.

This option is only available when the INVENTORY_OPTIMIZATION_MODE global setting is set to MIME.

• Fill Rate with Emergency Backup, which enables the consideration of stock for replenishment at the designated emergency backup location when the primary location does not have sufficient stock.

Once the service metric selection is saved, it cannot be changed.
